Mr. Jake Cramer was awarded the Wisconsin FFA Honorary State Degree at the 95th Wisconsin State FFA Convention in Madison, Wisconsin, on June 12, 2024. The Honorary Degree is the highest degree the Wisconsin Association of FFA can bestow on a non-member. The Honorary Wisconsin FFA State Degree is presented to individuals who have helped advance agricultural education and the FFA and who have rendered outstanding service to Wisconsin Agricultural Education and the Wisconsin Association of FFA.

Before saying goodbye for the summer, 7th graders in ELA immersed themselves in the 1960’s world of “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton. They read the book as a class, completed a group body biography project on an Outsiders character, and wrapped up the unit by watching the movie. Students dressed in character, tried out the foods mentioned in the book (bologna sandwiches, Pepsi/Coke, popcorn, chocolate cake/brownies, and ice cream), and compared the book to the movie.
